Note on coach: You asked about the club coached by Ramón Sandoval around 2016/17. Official records for Rayo Vallecano’s first-team manager in the 2016/17 season show Paco Jémez started as head coach in that season (having managed in earlier seasons as well), while Óscar García, Míchel, and subsequent managers are associated with other nearby seasons. I do not find authoritative records showing a Ramón Sandoval as Rayo Vallecano’s first-team head coach in 2016/17.
